Approx. 10 km after Lucerne, take the "Stansstad" exit.

At the roundabout drive in the direction of "Zentrum".

After approx. 300 m turn left. The Hotel "Rössli" is located directly in the village centre.

 

Parking

We have plenty of public parking spaces in front of the hotel which can be used for a small fee.

Village square - 7.00 pm to 7.00 am free of charge / first 30 minutes free of charge - maximum parking time 3 hours

Railway station - multi-storey car park

 

Check-in

is possible from 14:00 to 22:00. Please specify arrival time on Sunday. Check-in after 8.00 p.m., must inform the Rössli by telephone or in writing about the later arrival by 6.00 p.m. at the latest.

 

Check-out

Until 11.00 am. Keys must be handed in at reception or to the service staff.

 

Annulation

Individual reservations

Up to and including 4 days before the agreed arrival date, the guest may cancel the contract without incurring any costs.

From the 3rd day until the date of arrival, 100% will be charged according to the reservation confirmation.
 

Group reservations

The cancellation fees below apply if more than 8 people in a group (see section 3) or 100% of the booked services are cancelled. Up to and including 15 days before the agreed arrival date, the group reservation can be cancelled at no cost. From the 14th day until the date of arrival, 100% will be charged in accordance with the reservation confirmation.

If the guest departs early, the Hotel Rössli is entitled to charge 100% of the total booked services.

 

Payment obligation / Prices

The prices communicated by the HRRS are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Tourist taxes are not included in the prices. The total price is payable on arrival.

 

The restaurant

is open for you from Monday to Saturday from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm.

Swiss continental breakfast

Is served in our restaurant from 7.00 am to 10.00 am from Monday to Saturday. You are welcome to book breakfast at check-in for CHF 15.00 per person per night. We do not offer breakfast on Sunday. Alternative: We work together with our neighbouring hotel on Sunday, where you can choose between 3 different breakfast offers.

Children under 6 years are free at breakfast

 

Rössli - A Swiss continental breakfast is a simple morning meal consisting of bread/rolls/cornflakes, butter, jam, honey, sausage, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, cornflakes/muesli, yoghurt, juice and a hot drink such as coffee, tea or cocoa. (Drinks à la discretion). If you have any additional requests, please contact our service staff (THESE MAY INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE).

Hotel Winkelried

• CHF 9.50 Continental breakfast
  A continental breakfast is a simple morning meal consisting of bread/rolls, butter, jam and a hot drink such as coffee, tea or cocoa.

• CHF 19.50 Continental breakfast plus
  If the breakfast is supplemented with other ingredients such as cold meats, cheese and juice, it is referred to as an extended continental breakfast. ( Drinks a la discretion )

• CHF 27.50 American breakfast
  American Breakfast is a sumptuous breakfast (buffet) with 2 different freshly squeezed juices, bottled mineral water, & various teas, Nespresso machine with 4 different types of coffee, 5 different fresh breads, toast, croissants, Nutella, 3 different hams, butter, margarine, Swiss cheese, S different types of meat, cornflakes, muesli, Bircher muesli, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, (drinks à la discretion).

Baby beds

• Children up to 2 years pay CHF 20.00 per night in an available cot.

 

Extra beds

• Children from 3 years up to 17 years pay CHF 50.00 per person per night for an overnight stay in an available extra bed.

• Adults pay CHF 110.00 per person per night for an overnight stay in an available extra bed.

There is no air conditioning in the whole house

Loss of keys

If a key is lost, the guest must pay the cost of a new key. The cost is CHF 30.00 per key. At check out - hand in the key - in the basket at the reception or waitress

Shutters

The shutters are the responsibility of the guest during the rental period. The shutters must always be fastened when leaving the room and at night. In the event of self-inflicted damage to the shutters due to a storm, the costs must be borne by the guest.

 

Internet

Guests must register online to access the Internet. This service is free of charge for all guests. Guests are responsible for the use of their login details. They are liable for misuse and illegal behaviour when using the internet.

Pets

Number of reserved guests / compulsory identification

Every guest must be able to identify themselves and register with the reception / service staff before entering the rooms. The number of persons per room must be adhered to as shown on the reservation confirmation.
